The Telling Room in is a non-profit writing center in Portland, Maine dedicated to the idea that children are natural story tellers. Each year, they host a themed fundraiser for the community and their patrons to showcase the work of their students. Work produced for the events varies year to year, but branding is created each year to be distinct and recognizable — this is not an event to be missed.

Each year, the theme for the event changes, while staying true to the overall message of the Telling Room and ultimately supporting their community and the kids in their programs. Every few years, the event gets a facelift; in 2018, the theme called for something more fun and vibrant than years previous. 2019 followed that path and carried on the bright colors and more whimsical aesthetic.
